Service is ********* and disgusting...went to bayside branch to return track pants that I bought in khayelitsha mall and surprisingly they don't do return but on the slip is says you can return within 28 days...they told me their slips are different, my suprise it's the same company same policy.. How come other store are doing something different from others...

we are sorry you feel this way - unfortunately company policy does not allow product to be returned to another store and will have to be taken to the store it was bought. The team will then make a decision on returns based on the conditions of the item.
