Mdantsane City Mall

I have no words but disappointment with the service received from Mdantsane City Mall studio 88. Firstly upon arrival , I greeted and person behind the counter did not greet properly but was looking at her phone and definitely seemed not interested and I let it go . Where it got to me and made me angry is when I asked for exchange because the wrong size purchased at another store in Hemmingways she got upset and said why didn’t we go to Hemmingways and I’m explaining Mdantsane is closer . She is rude and whatever was bothering her she took it out on a customer and that is not fair and ********* because I believe store policy is that people can exchange at any location and she even said she will start telling people to go back to original store.
