**** marketing and advertising on refunds

Studio 88 in Langeberg mall (Mossel bay ) refuses to do card refunds even though their website states very clearly that they will refund you with the same method you payed at store with , yet when you go to the store for a refund they will not allow you to refund it to your card only with cash which the do not have so you have to go back day after day hoping that they took some cash to refund you but they do not have cash as EVERYONE these days basically only uses cards and not cash any more . Not great customer service and the area manager was not in the mood to assist much by the sounds of it over the phone more willing to give excuses rather than solutions.
