Manager with bad behaviour

The manager of the store keeps on making a particular lady from another store uncomfortable. Now not sure if whether this would be an act of ***ual harrasnment but if the lady now starts complaining about the guy having to slap her bums (without the ladies appoval and ending up being uncomfortable) and the guy having the nerve to tell the lady theres nothing she can do it starts raising concerns onwhen did this manager start doing this to other ladies that haven been working at the mall.<br> <br> It worries me that such incidents go unreported but I needed to post it so that it is out in the open.
