Manager very rude

I was in the store yesterday at Southgate studio 88, I write this with so much sadness and disappointment. How does one treat a person like trash because of his position, the manager is worse bcs he does it in front of us the customer. I so asked one of the staff members if he is always like this cos maybe its one of those days but she so with confidence said that he is always like this to them. How will they work productively with such a manger everyday, one will not even wish to wake up for work even. Can they take my review and interview the staff.
