Lying employees and bad customer service

I went to studio88 terminal S88Jeppe @elloff and jeppe and they refused to help by lying to say that they are on loadshedding whereas they have electricity Meaning i have to spend money again to go and cancel my laybye.. When i asked when did the electricity disconnect they couldnt even answer me Its a disgrace to lie without conscious I want my lay bye cancelled
