Loud music in store no customer service

It is totally unprofesional that music must be played so loud in store and it's not the first time you can hardly think in there and they singing along so loud as if they are on stage the staff are literally screaming at each other because of the loud music there is no assistance at all when you try and ask someone for assistance they act as if you are bothering them or dumbstruck the person at the till points are on the phones you stand at the till point like an diot when you want to pay everybody just doing their own thing as if you don't exist why do we have to ask to for assistance no communication like I will be with you in a moment I find it ridiculous if they don't want to work let them stay at home there is alot of unemployment and people who would like to work.
