KHAYELITSHA STUDIO88 PATHETIC STORE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Please assist with below complaint, the mother of my child bought a shoe at the Canal Walk shopping centre. A white Air force for kids size 6.5 only to find out when I got home the shoe doesn't fit. So the mother of my child who stays in khayelitsha went to Studio 88 branch in khayelitsha which is close to her to exchange for the shoe.

When she got there, she spoke to a guy, she can't recall his name but asked if they had size 5.5 and the guy said yes. She went inside to the till, when she got there she gave the till lady the shoe box and slip her name is Andisiwe. When she saw the slip she rep**** " oh Canal Walk " with an attitude and she asked isn't customers allowed to exchange shoes. And, the girl said yes we are allowed and asked another girl at the back or something to go check when the lady came back she confirmed that the shoe size is not available.

So the mother of my child had to go back to the Canal Walk shopping centre where she bought the shoe, when she got there she was advised that the only 5.5 shoe size that was available was the one on the display glass and was dirty. So Ongezwa or Ongeziwe can't recall who works at Canal Walk shopping centre Studio88 store checked on the system which store has one.

She then confirmed that it's the prominade store that had 2 of the size 5.5, and 3 available in the khayelitsha store. They called the khayelitsha store to advise them to put the shoe size aside. As Ongeziwe called Andisiwe the khayelitsha store consultant who previously confirmed that the shoe was not there but now all of a sudden the shoe size was there when called.

They agreed that they will put the shoe aside for us, so the mother of my child spent her own money to go back to the store again, to do the exchange. Now, we are currently complaining for such terrible, experience that the KHAYELITSHA STORE had to inconvenience the mother of my child for confirming that the shoe size isn't there but when in actual fact when the Canal Walk shopping centre Studio88 store consultant called the khayelitsha studio88 branch that the shoe size is there.

I'm deeply saddened by the experience, how the KHAYELITSHA STORE consultant named Andisiwe treated the mother of my child. I'm deeply going to post about such awful experience on Hello Peter, and all relevant department of how bad the service was and need immediate dismal of that khayelitsha store consultant to be fired from the duties for confirming an information that is not correct, as this terrible experience caused the mother of my child and I need a refund for such behavior and trauma.

In closing the mother of my child needs to speak to the head of Studio88 or CEO to contact her directly on her personal number

As we will never accept such bad, and tremendous awful experience to happen to any Studio88 customers in future as the store will lose so many valuable customers for such act
