Issues with Refund

Hi,

I bought Vans old school (size 10.5) at studio 88 Carlton Centre for My son however the size was small, i then went back for an exchange then i was told they don't have sizes anymore and I asked if they could check which store has sizes and i was told non. I then requested a Refund to be processed if they don't have sizes and was told they don't do refunds but i can take something else, i don't want something else i wanted a Vans for my son.

I was given the store telephone number ********** by one of the sale people at the store to call and check every week if they have the shoes sizes and the number doesn't even exist.

I am really unhappy with this matter as i cant be forced to buy something that i don't want or never planed to buy. Its been over a month now and I am afraid the 60 days might pass and i will be stuck with small shoes.

Please assist with this issue since even by law you can exchange and get full refund if your purchase was within 60 and original packaging is still intact.
