In-Concomitant area manager

As a former employee i am disgusted by the level of professionalism by the store management staff or its just plain Incompetence ! I have been suspended unfairly in September 2020, NO letter of suspension or the reason for my suspension , i was at home feeling like a ******** as i did not know what to feel, I went back in to ask for the letter and he just showed me away again, this made me feel even more bad of something i did not do, as i was a good worker reaching my targets daily, the day before my hearing i was summoned to come and sign something which i refused to as i felt the Area manager Ziyaad had to let me know the day of my suspension why i was suspended That is as per labour law. I was dismissed for leaving early?? after i asked Him, but he denied me asking. On my dismissal letter it stated that i was getting paid on the 15 December 2020, and all monies due Leave and time of suspension will all be paid out. After 3 months today i still haven't received my money !!! I phoned HR they cant help me, i Phoned Ziyaad he saying that he forgot ???? i have a things to pay i child to take care you are playing for my life.!!
