I will probably tell this story for a long time considering how happy I am 😊 So I placed an order online and I didn’t read the full terms and conditions of delivery , an error on my part , I assumed the delivery would arrive today by the close of business and unfortunately upon verification I was told it would not be so, naturally, considering the sentiment behind the delivery, I panicked , I’m not too sure whether the employees have been trained in customer service , or customer excellence , but I can say they they have far exceeded my expectations and made the impossible possible. I appreciate the efforts that Jayson Irwin took to ensure that my delivery was not only sent, out even at the inconvenience to the warehouse , but it arrived safely and I am almost certain the recipient will be very delighted . I can not , fully and eloquently express the degree of my gratitude and to be shown grace the way I have and a level of professionalism that’s far beyond the norm. Thank you, thank you, thank you .
