I want my money at studio 88.....please...

Yooo!!! I bought sneakers at studio 88 seshego circle center on the 14th..then the size was too big ..I went the following day to do exchange...then when I arrived at the store I saw a different shoe and decided to take it..so from the exchanger i had a balance of R300 which must be given to me as a change....then the store manager said they dont have R300 i should come back when they have the R300!!!!. Ohk fine..i decided to send some1 at limpopo mall on monday to do the exchange because I was going to work...nd the manager said he cant do the exchange since he doenst have the type of shoes in his store, yoooo what a bad service rendered!!!! Even now I'm still waiting for my refund...no studio 88 is willing to assist..I no longer want exchange..I want my full amount..I will buy the shoes elsewhere...so please assist bcz no store is having my money!!..please assist it's been 4 days now...they say they dont have my money..please helpppppppp
