I need a, refund or another pear of shoes same size

21 September 2026 bought a pear of white nike sneakers finding out that there' was a deflection on my right foot when am, wearing on 22,September 2026 i try to returned it they told me that when they check it on theirs physically inspection they dnt see anything and the shoes are being dirty they can't help me

My question is how, did they check the deflection because its only me that i felt that deflection on my right foot so can u please *** to help me in this matter to be resolved i need another per of shoes same side or refund
