I bought a Nike Airforce Sneaker as a gift for my girlfriend about 7 months ago, she occasionally wears the sneakers
I bought a Nike Airforce Sneaker as a gift for my girlfriend about 7 months ago, she occasionally wears the sneakers. 7 months later the shoe's have defects, the glue is coming off and it's become a big problem

19 Nov 2023, 10:51I have patiently waited for the response and until this point I haven't received any assistance, this just furthur speaks to the pathetic attitude one receives from this company after spending money. I am very much convinced that I was sold a **** Nike Airforce Sneaker. I wish I could send a picture of the product on this platform so that anyone who intends to buy their Nike Shoes must just think more than once. The sole of both shoes coming off just within 7 months thats just bad sneaker quality. I have had pairs of Nikes that I've been using for atleast 5 years now, the sneakers are still intact. I'm very disappointed.

My primary concern is not solely about the defect policy, but rather the unexpected detachment of the soles from both shoes after only seven months of use. I have been a loyal customer, and I did not expect such a quality concern with a reputable brand like Nike, especially considering the amount spent on that particular day.
I am not requesting a refund, but rather seeking a resolution that aligns with the expected durability of a product of this nature.
