horrid online shopping

I have been trying to buy some sneakers from studio 88 since Friday, sent an email to the info account found on their contact us with all my details and the shoes I want. I have not had a response (poor communication) . I called the store and all the shoes I was looking for where not there in any of the stores yet they are still being advertised online. I am very disappointing, I surly hope someone will be able to help me with my purchase and really how will you fight the competition if this is whats happening? sneaker shopping should never be stressful otherwise people will use other avenues. you should be able to buy online and collect in the store or have the shoes delivered at your home thats it. other small cpmpanies are doing it why cant you?
