Horrible service

Had a very terrible and horrible experience from the assistant manager at moletlane Zebediela plaza. I went to exchange my son's t-shirt, spoke to karabo or kabelo, the he referred me to the assistant manager as the manager was off. It was on Saturday between 14h50 and 15h30. The sales guy was soo good, he explained and apologize. But the assistant manager was just shaking her head while i was explaining. She didn't say a word. Came back with cash, gave to the sales person and left. I felt disrespected.
