Horrible service

I went to studio 88 Carlton Centre today and what I saw there was enough to send shivers down my spine. I was sitting waiting for a size of the shoe that I wanted, then came in a white gentleman (apparently he’s the co-owner or supervisor), he started shouting and threw a shoe at one of the workers there, carried on shouting at him and threw a second shoe at him. The guy who was being shouted at, went to the stock room and he followed him and we could here him all the way from the front, shouting at the staff member. This to me was horrific and no one should be subjected to such, that man was rude to say the least, and apparently he’s used to behaving that way. This is a call to upper management to do something about this, if you employ people, they should work under favorable conditions, I don’t have the full story as to why this barbarian was shouting but it’s totally unacceptable, please address this!!!
