Horrible Leadership Treatment

- Horrific leadership

I was at Kolonade mall on Sunday around 14:00 and i experienced a horrific and disgusting leadership treatment towards staff personnel in the shop. The gentleman was known by the name of Mark More was screening and shouting at the staff and causing an unpleasant customer experience. I was enjoying shopping as a regular customer and i spent R7000 yesterday and probably it will be the last time I go to studio 88 Kolonade unless this horrible leader apologies to myself as a customer and to the staff as well.

I hope something seriously gets done about this. I will avail my contacts and myself if required
