Horrible and unprofessional Store Manager

We made a Lay-by at Meadowdale studio88 factory, when we came to pay the manager didn't give us a printed slip but gave us a hand written slips. When we came back to collect the Lay-by he denied know the payment then said he only work with the system. While we had those hand written slips made by him. The manager started calling my Wife with horrible names calling her a ****mer and crazy.then said if we can't afford the clothes we must cancel the Lay-by. Then after he said he forgot to capture it, the payment we made last month. More like he was trying to **** us, since he mistreated my wife so unprofessional
