Hell customer service

I was at kempstar studio 88 to return a bag on the 24/7/23 @17h15, I was assisted by this guy full of attitude and disrespect, he told me that he can't give me refund cause all the money in the cashier tills were taken by their banking security. I dont understand how would that be possible it really felt like a joke to me. The most part that irritated me is to tell me that I'm relieving my street on him, I'm a customer not his friend where is customer service. He choose to move from where we were standing to a distance now exchanging words with me while there were customers instore. Soo I guess is what he always do to other customers and the staff , I tried to ask the other staff member (tall slender guy) the name of that guy and he refused to give me. Thanks to this Lady she said is Nhlanhla store manager. I left the store without making a return that guy just moved away and left me standing with my item there. Those guys they are too young to have that dirty attitude they must learn mortals.
