I was busy with an online payment to the store when my phone froze. Payment went off my bank account but showed canceled on their side Jayson Irwin from customer service reassured me that he will make sure that my payment is reflecting. After 24h my payment reflected and he went out of his way to make sure i got my product as soon as possible. He was very professional and phoned me back 3 times to ensure all details were correct and that my package would arrive on time. Great service from Jayson.
