I would like to give Simphiwe the manager from Studio 88 in Randburg a compliment on the way he handled my case for the exchange that I had to do.

I had a problem with the Puma trackpants I bought there and after wearing them once the material was not in a good state.

I took it back and he exchanged it for me at no hustle.

Great customer service and he keeps the customer informed.
