Great, Awesome and Surprisingly Amazing!!!!

I would just like to commend the excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction I experienced from dealing with Renee Van Kramberg. In 2021 I had issues with a defective shoe, which she easily found a replacement for. The line seemed to be defective as even that shoe displayed those issues. So instead of trying to force fead me a solution that I would not be happy with, she went the extra mile to rather get me refunded even though it could not happen due to their return policy.

Over and above that a year later she again blew my mind with the remarkable service she provided on a completely new issue I had experienced.

I always say to my team that going the extra mile is service delivery especially in a country like S.A where service delivery is non existent. I am really please to have met and interacted with a like minded individual in Renee.

As I call you; "My Aunty' thanks for taking a stranger and treating his request with such integrity and excellence that he would even adopt you as a Aunty.

You have definitely won me over as a frequent customer... I can only hope that your company acknowledges and uses you as the benchmark of service delivery within you field.
