I had ordered a pair of sneakers. They were unfortunataly too small for my son and had to return them. After they collected the sneakers the courier company had lost the parcel and Studio 88 never received it back. Through out the process, they kept me up to date with what is happening and I got a full refund as per the return policy. Great service from beginning to end!
