We apologize for the rude and poor call you received from our store, this is unacceptable behaviour and we don't condone this at all. Can you please assist us with which Studio 88 store you called? So we can follow up this matter with the regional and general manager.

good day I did call regional manager Boikanyo to advise that I am escalating this further I am hurt, I am traumatized ..how can a leader be so irresponsible lacking any remorse I called more then three times asking him why is he swearing at unknown person honestly that guy needs training ..I even send managers the recording as I was calling from my work with work related issues that needed me to speak to Pako studio 88 kuruman.northern cape I am disgusted by jerry behavior
