First time bad experience
It was my first time buying online at studio 88 and surly my last time. I bought a pair of sneakers a month ago, asked for size exchange and till this day I haven’t received my pair of sneakers. When I call their courier company they don’t even know what I’m talking about and my tracking number does not exist to them. I called customer service to complain they also don’t know what’s happening with my pair of sneakers. I don’t know when I’ll get my parcel 📦 since both parties are clueless about it
