Faded items

We went to store on December to buy some clothes for the boys .now on January those tshirt are faded i phoned the store i spoke to Thabiso as he said he the store manager he told he need the recept which i don't have i misplace it now they want my bank statement am comfused do they know there products??? They are not helpful am not happy with there service BECAFUL WHERE YOUR ARE SHOPPING THIS GUYS ARE NOT GOOD
