Extremely poor customer service by Studio 88 employee s

I’m disgusted by the terrible service, extra financial cost and in caused by Studio 88 Polokwane at Limpopo mall and Seshego complex in Zone3. I went studio 88, Limpopo mall on the 31 July 2021 to purchase sneakers with code ADS682YBR(040) which were marked down, they didn’t have them in store and checked near by store. After contacting Seshego complex branch they assured me I would find the sneakers I am looking for and I should rush there I would find a male named Shimmy( who is your employee) who will assist me. I was assured that I will find them ready for me. I dropped everything and rushed there to find nothing. I would like to be compensated for my travel costs alternatively this make should be sent to Limpopo mall branch for me
