If there were a million stars, I would give them all. Today I was assisted by a gentleman named Jayson Irwin in Customer Services, and my goodness—he was professional, kind, and truly efficient. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It is very rare these days to encounter someone in customer service who is genuinely passionate about helping people.
