Excellent Service

<p>I had the privilege of dealing with Renee van Kramberg from Studio88 head office last week when I was trying to locate a certain shoe as a birthday gift. I am a huge fan of Adidas shoes and clothing and I frequently buy from Adidas chain stores. After calling every Adidas branch in the country and numerous other chain stores who stock Adidas apparel I called Studio 88 head office to try and see if I they could help. </p> <p>I was so surprised by the impeccable service received from this lady that I have decided to only shop at Studio 88 in future. Renee has really changed the way I looked at customer service and I applaud her for the impeccable service. She went above and beyond to try and find these shoes and in the end she helped me to find similar shoes in the correct size, making my shopping experience effortless and incredibly gratifying. I didn’t have to do a thing, Renee called me back an hour or two later and I was sorted.
