DISGUSTING SERVICE
PATHETIC SERVICE AT STUDIO 88 - CARNIVAL MALL!!!
I purchased a sneaker which was worn once... I was told by the store manager he cannot accept it as there is black scuff marks under hence I should wash it and then they will CONSIDER doing a exchange. The store manager by the name of Thabo was beyond rude & refuse to call his superior until I insisted that I speak to him. They then called the area/regional manager who's name is Eugene and he said he WILL NOT accept the sneaker back even though my reason for exchange was that the tongue of the shoe hurts my feet. Its been said they do not accept dirty shoes BUT I've got proof of shoes that are just as disgusting but are on the shelf.... I'm beyond ****ed with Studio 88 & never will I advise anyone to purchase from them especially in carnival mall.

Note that the shoes on the shelves are used for sizing purposes and could well show wear at the bottom of the shoe. What is reasonable is that the shoes being returned be in the same pristine condition they were when purchased and ready for resale.
