Disgusting service

Hi I did a laybye at Studio 88 in Mtuba,I have been dealing with Studio 88 in Richard's Bay and Empangeni and their service is brilliant.So I see a shop in my town then did a laybye of soccer boots.When I did a laybye nobody explained T&Cs to me . Luckily my son got soccer boots at school then I went back to cancel.When I got there I spoke to the sales man by the floor and explained to him what I came for ,he said he'll call someone who will help me.She called a lady whom they said was Ntobe(no name tag) if am not mistaken,the lady had a bad facial expressions when she came.She asked me if I'm the one looking for her(without greetings).I agreed even though I didn't ask for her only asked for help.I explained to the lady ,and to my surprise she said "As you know,we don't cancel" I don't know for heaven's sake,nobody told me.She said "Because you don't want to hear me I'll phone the manager,he will explain to you the same thing." The so called manager was also not customer welcoming on the phone.He even dropped the phone on my ears. I work in a retail too all I know is that you make everything clear to the customer before they leave the shop. I left the shop very disappointed and didn't even do that cancellation or swapping coz there was nothing else interesting after the performance they gave me.Please address the issue and let me know going forward. I need my money that all,I want nothing from their shop. Bad service especially if it's gonna be from the manager...sis
