Disgusting customer service

In the month of March I had called Studio88 store in Ceres and I was assisted by a lady by the name of Abigail, I specifically told her about the particular item I was looking for that was a Nike crossbody bag SKU NKK2735RY she than informed that their don’t have any stock of what I was looking for. However Upington store had it and she would call the store to ask if their cannot courier it to the nearest store where’d purchased it and she had told that it will take roughly 2weeks for the item’s delivery at the store. I called her a week after just to find out if my item has been couriered and she assured me that it has been however she made a mistake by not specifically stating the store that I requested for it to be delivered to that is near me. However she guaranteed me that as soon as it gets to their store at Ceres she’ll send via courier to the store I requested, fast forward to April I call to find out the whereabouts of my parcel and she said they had not received it as yet. Now we are in May month making it the 2nd month of me waiting for my item now what unprofessional, pathetic, dissatisfying and poor customer service to be given as a customer. I called this morning numerous times to find out the latest update regarding my item and Abigail is off today and her colleagues who at work can’t seem to help I mean seriously what *********** staff are they, the lady I spoke to on the phone promised to get back to me and she didn’t. I had to be the one doing all the calling, If I won’t be receiving this particular item that I had requested for why can’t I be told straight forward than to be given a stupid run around and wasting my airtime and time of continuously calling and not getting any accurate response regarding my item request.
