Defamation of Character.

The incident happened yesterday at around 16:50-17:00Hrs on the 22nd of December 2021 in SunnyPark Mall.

I went to buy some T-shirt’s and as such went to the Change room to fit the clothes and I came out there was a lady by the changing who saw what I was literally holding in my hand. And I came out to pay and then as soon as I had paid and am leaving a guy by the door says to me, we want to search you what are you wearing inside. I am like really, there was a short guy following who works there also. I was very offended by that notion and I eventually comp****. I went to the changing room and people now looking at me that this guy must have ****** something. I get into the changing room and ask me what am I wearing under my pants and I indicate that my shorts and the guy said take down your trousers and I did but i was quite angry about it. They found nothing in me and if you have CCTV by the entrance you will see what happened, I was severely embarrassed leaving that shop after being searched. The level of professionalism was really disappointing to me. I even consulted a lawyer yesterday because I felt that it was character defamation.
