Customer service the worste

My wife and I walked into the Midlands store looking to purchase Items for our kids. When we asked if they had sizes in particular items we where told they would check the stock and get back to us. We where however in a rush and left details for them to contact us. 2 weeks went by without any contact. I went back and asked about our query to which I was told they didn't call because they didn't have. I then asked why couldn't have informed us so that we would have tried online or go to another branch to which the gentleman said I should of done that in the first place. I then asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager and refused to give me his name.

This kind of attitude and service is the worst and I will never be returning or purchasing from the entire brand ever again. Neither will my family members.
