Customer service compaint

To whom it may concern,

In my whole entire life I haven't received such pathetic service from everyone in one store. So I went into Studio 88 store in Boksburg on Saturday afternoon after 4pm.

I was looking for takkies and on the floor I saw one pair being retailed for R500. That is the price that was displayed on the box and when I asked to buy the takkies I was told that the price is incorrect and I need to speak to the manager as the sales lady couldn't help me. I then asked for the manager who bluntly told me everyone makes mistake and will not give the shoes for R500. I then asked if I can escalate the matter and Mdu was very rude and said I should go google the information online there's no other contact he can give. I was so disappointed I then approached the staff at the shop and all them said they don't have the complaints department or the area manager that I can talk to. Its either I speak to their manager or nothing. I eventually asked the lady at the tills to give me her name and everybody else's name that is working and that refused to give me the information I required. I was all a joke and I'm sure the names she gave are all incorrect. She said her name was Nonhle and the other staff members were Mbali, Senzo, David, Sipho, Brian and Andrew. When they saw that I was serious and was actually taking a video of the whole conversations/scene the manager then called someone that he didn't want to disclose and that person said he can drop the price to R700 but not R500. After the whole humiliation I refused to take it at that price and insisted on reporting the matter. They were slurs thrown at me such as "You are complaining for such a small amount while we have customers buying for R1800"; "Studio head office doesn't deal with this store so it doesn't matter if you complain"; "You are black person and you want to throw another black person down". I told them its not about color but the amount of disrespect and poor service I got as a black female is appalling. I am very disappointed on this matter and would hope some disciplinary is done with the manager in particular and staff also. The store is mess and they don't know what customer service is. The worse is they don't even care, its as if they know nothing will ever to them and nobody will reprimand them.
