Counterfeit products

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers from Studio 88, and after just one wash, the leather began to peel. I returned the shoes to the store for inspection as instructed, but it has now been over a month without resolution. I received only one call informing me that their third-party inspection determined no refund would be issued. Studio 88 has refused to resolve the matter, despite the shoes being defective and within a reasonable time frame since purchase. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
