Hi I bought an adidas sneaker at studio 88 vangate mall on 29th November 2020. Two days late the sole came loose. I took the shoe back on the 5th December 2020. The manager took photos of the shoe and said she would send it to head office I called head office on Tuesday Wednesday and today. Head office says that they have not received any pictures. I called the store and the store manager said that ziyaad simon who is the regional manager said I can take a different sneaker. I do not want a different sneaker from that store. I want my money back which is stated in your terms and conditions.
