COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICES PROVIDED BY A STORE MANAGER.

I went to collect my online order today at studio 88 mega city branch in mmabatho where I found the store manager, and two other male workers on the till, then stated that I was there to collect an order. The store manager responded harshly, saying that why didn't I choose for the courier to deliver the parcel at home, where I responded saying that I know that there were to options, whether I want it to be delivered at home or in the store where I will have to go and collect it, and I decided to choose the option where the parcel will be delivered in the store and I will go and collect it, even though the courier rates were the same,which I didn't mind because if I had chosen the one of delivering the parcel at home, there were changes that the courier guy wouldn't find me. The store manager then kept on saying a whole lot of things, and I said to him that I wasn't aware that in your store when a parcel arrives the owner of the parcel must come and collect it the same day or the next day which is new to me because I had an order the previous week that I had to collect at this other store, and mind you the parcel stayed there until I went to collect it which was before the due date that was written on the order email. And what hurt me the most is that when the store manager left me there with the other two staff members and went to assist other customers, the staff member said to each other that he (the store manager) doesn't know how to talk to people, meaning that the store manager is used to doing it.
