Complain of the product

I called the headoffice, complaining about the Nike Airmax i bought , the colour is coming out. Due to all my Takkies i buy them in Studio 88 i dont keep the box and the slips because i trust the product it never disappointed me. Now that am asking what i need to do because am not happy with the product no one is willing to assist me all, of which that makes me not to buy again in Studio 88. I hope and believe that i just send a massage to every Studioo 88 customers to be aware what might come in thier way with the product they selling.
