Complain

Hello Peter I would like to lodge a complain about studio 88 shop UL0241 in Cresta shopping Centre. The Cashier by the name of Fifi not her real name as she refused to provide her names gave me a terrible service. I bought a per of jean size 34 (style number: GWS19-066B) DK blue in colour and which amount to R400.00 using cash on the 14th February 2020 on the Friday. I wanted to exchange the jean to size 32 as 34 was big size. She refused to assist and took back the jean and tear the receipt. I travelled for that to exchange the jean and ended up leaving the store.
