I recently bought a black air force 1 for my brother at your store in George GardenRoute Mall but it was ti big for him i wanted to refund it by they said No why the slip says i can refund it you robbing me now

You are entitled to get a refund provided the sneakers have not been worn and are in the original condition and are returned in the box. If you have lost your till slip then you can provide the store with your proof of purchase by providing bank statement indicating the transaction.
