Complain

I went to studio 88 Attlyn Mall in Pretoria to buy my nephew a size 4 superga, the service I got there by the lady apparently her name is Andrecia was so poor, she was so rude and impatient she even thrown a box of superga to me when I asked for size 4 so that my nephew can fit. Then my nephew changed his mind about navy and he asked for light brown since she went to stockroom she left almost 20 minutes I even asked another lady to check her or check size for then she came back with the same shoes. Andrecia she never came back till we left the store or perhaps its how studio 88 train their employees to give customers an attitude?
