Childish Customer Dis-service Characterized by Waffle

I bought a BMW Motorsport cap, and they sent me a Mercedes cap. As if that is not enough irritation, then they sent me big and saggy BMW Motorsport track pants labeled Large while the real size is XL. I email them the same day of the delivery, no response whatsoever. Boom, a week later the courier guy rocks up at my gate saying he's been sent for collection. I speak to a lady named Rene Van Kranberg to facilitate my refund, every time I call to get an update all she does is waffle and promise to call back, something she's never done. Now she's either discarding my calls or avoiding the phone soon as she hears my name, choosing instead to have her colleagues tell me she went out for 10 minutes or she'll call me in 10 minutes. For over two weeks I still haven't gotten my R1500 refund, yet Studio-88 is seated with both my money and the wrong order I returned to them...Don't buy anything from Studio-88 online, as for me, I'll show them I'm not one of those blacks you take money from and from there ignore just because your name is Studio-88 and you believe you can get away with swindling people...
