Best customer service experience

Bought on their online store for the very first time. Purchase was effortless and easy. Within three days I had my sneakers. However cut was to tight so I had to return them. Fine sent an email pick up was arranged the very next day. Day's went by no communication... Contact customer service and Simphiwe says they can only assist once shoes arrive at their warehouse. Frustration kicks in, it's a Friday hoping by Monday I'll know what's happening. Just then I received a call from a book shop. Telling me my shoes have been wrongfully delivered to them. Okay so now I'm like should I drive go pick them up and return them to the store once but, I kept my cool. Monday came I sent a hot email to Simphiwe. Big up to her she kept her cool kept it professional promised to handle the pickup and ensure my exchange happens with no hassle. She delivered on her promise. Simphiwe Matshoba job well done. After that kind of customer service I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you!
