BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER: SIMPHIWE MATSHOBA and BRIAN!!!

A special thanks to Simphiwe Matshoba and Brian from the Client Service/ Online store division of Studio 88 for the best service I have ever experienced that was purely customer orientated!!! It is seldom that you find people so dedicated and passionate about their customers and their company brand. As a first-time online shopper at Studio 88 I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers on 22 May 2021, after receiving it on 25th May 2021 discovered the sizes were too big. I contacted the customer careline, spoke to Simphiwe Matshoba and explained to her that I really need to have the sneakers in a smaller size by Friday 28th May 2021, as to fit my weekend gear for an event!!! This magnificent lady “Simphiwe Matshoba” with her colleague Brian assisted with an exchange within 24 Hours and delivery of new sizes to my door by Friday morning, 28th May 2021. Many competitive online stores I am aware of would not have been able to assist in this fashion. Even though they did not need to go this extra mile, and could have easily said that I should wait for the refund and reorder, they literally made me feel like a VIP with the excellent additional service they offered in their capacity!!! These two wonderful people definitely puts the customer first!!! Thus, I would recommend any person to shop at Studio 88 online!!! Definitely making me choose Studio 88 online as a clothing shop of first choice, and not one of last resort? THANK YOU STUDIO 88 FOR EXCELLENCE!!! 100% SHOPPER SATISFACTION!
