Bad Ugly customer service

I went there(Studio 88 Katlehong/Sam Ntuli mall ) and bought a sneaker for my 11 year old boy and he didn't like the brand I chose and I went back to exchange the merchandise and only to be dished out with a very bad experience very disregarded and disrespected I would never recommend nor would want to go back to there and guess I hate the name studio 88 and brand with passion only because of the service I received
