Bad treatment

I went to but clothes for my son in Nelspruit without him and I was told by assistant I can exchange at any studio 88 nearby me yesterday my husband went there to exchange but they refused and again today went myself and they refused again meaning my son won't be wearing his new clothes for new year what makes me more angry it's that they told me go to Nelspruit which is 100 km to Nelspruit how treatment was so bad that will never ever buy in that shop again cause they even refused my cash refund
