Bad Service & Rude staff

<p>I bought a flip flop adidas on Saturday 3/12/16 at Studio 88 in Butterworth in fact I was pestered to come inside the shop to take a look on their specials which I then saw this flip flop which I loved for my daughter but it was size 11 & I told them I want a size 12 and they advised me they don't have however I can take this size and if it doesn't fit I cannot always return it so I took it and also did a laybye for an All star takkies and left. So yesterday 5/12/16 I sent my cousin to go there and exchange those flip flops as they didn't fit my daughter so instead of taking cash I told her to take the R200 add R100 and take out the laybye for the talkies they refused to that for her claiming that they can't do that instead she must take something else which she did however they also refused saying it's something on special she can't take it so she asked what must she do as she doesn't want anything else nor does she have any additional money they told her to leave as they won't assist her. I'm utterly disgusted by this behavior as consumers we have rights to return goods that we are not happy with and get full refund or if we want something else we can do an exchange but to be treated like this is unacceptable and for that matter those guys harrass you to go in to that store and yet they are not willing to assist us when we have problems this is just not on now I'm stuck with a flip flop that my child won't wear coz it's not her size and they are refusing to assist me to sort this out. Poor client experience</p>
