Bad service from the store manager

Very bad experience at carnival studio 88 my partner bought a ball for my son not exactly what my son was looking for had to return it to the shop that I bought ball from. As soon as I walk in the store at carnival mall I was told the they don't have money for my refund I must come back at 15:00 while it was 09:30 in the morning proceeded to the till help by a manager who wasn't willing to assist me she told me that they don't return ***** of which it not written anywhere in the receipt and she told me that she's doing a favour by returning the ball she earn more money than me of which I didn't even ask her all I wanted was a refund for the ball very poor service from the management to button
